Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class are fully refundable.  Between the ten (10) days and three (3) business days prior to the start of the class, you may cancel and your payment will be refunded less a $50 administration fee per person per class.  If you do not show up for the class, your tuition will not be refunded.  You may request a credit toward future classes.  You must use the credit within one year of payment.  All cancellations notices and credit requests must be received in writing by fax, email or mail to Georgia License Exam Company.  We hold the right to cancel classes that do not have at least six (6) students.  A full refund will be given for this type cancellation.  This has never happened to date.  We offer private tutoring upon request.

Hold Harmless Policy

This policy is made upon the express condition that the Georgia License Exam Company, Garrison Michael, Gary Konrath, its instructors, agents and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, or death to any person or property of the Student, its agents or employees, or third parties, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this policy or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the Student in connection herewith, and the Student hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the Georgia License Exam Company, Garrison Michael, Gary Konrath, its instructors, agents and employees from all liabilities, charges, expenses and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, deaths, liabilities, claims, suits or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.
